Orders
All orders within Australian are posted out twice a week, Monday and Friday, via AusPost Standard Post Shipping (Express Post available also), and take approx. 3-5 business days after dispatch, tracking provided. As of March 2022 we are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Autstralia.

International orders
Shipping internationally is a flatrate of $20AUD, shipped via AusPost, with up to 15 business days. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the expected time frame.

Shipping overview
If you would like to have your parcel insured, please email mosstunstallandco@gmail.com, parcel cover will incur an additional cost. Please note we not liable for import duties, custom clearance fess and holding times. Moss Tunstall will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stoled packages. Returns
We only offer exchange or store credit for an item you wish to return, unless in the unlikely case that the Moss Tunstall product you have recieved is faulty. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed, and must be returned within 7 days of purchase. In the event a return does not meet the set standards, Moss Tunstall reserves the right to reject the returns. We do not offer refunds on sale items. You will incur the postage price of sending the garment back, and will pay the appropriate shipping fee if you are exchanging for another Moss Tunstall garment.

Faulty Items
All Moss Tunstall products are made using pre-loved and pre-warn clothes. As a result, all garments are expected to have imperfections of varying degrees. We strive to source quality secondhand garments and provide an equally quality products. With this being noted, if you receive are garment of unsatisfactory quality please contact us at mosstunstallandco@gmail.com and provide us with a photo and description of fault to be assessed.
