All orders within Australian are posted out twice a week, Monday and Thursday, via AusPost Standard Post Shipping (Express Post available also), and take approx. 3-5 business days after dispatch, tracking provided. As of March 2022 we are offering FREE STANDARD SHIPPING within Autstralia.
Shipping internationally is a flatrate of $20AUD, shipped via AusPost, with up to 15 business days. We cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in the expected time frame.

Please note we not liable for import duties, custom clearance fess and holding times. Moss Tunstall will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We do not hold responsibility for damaged, lost or stoled packages. We offer returns and exchanges on select Moss Tunstall items - noted in the items description - for Australian customers. Returned merchandise must be in original condition. Garments must not have been worn or washed, and must be returned within 7 days of purchase. In the event a return does not meet the set standards, Moss Tunstall reserves the right to reject the returns. We do not offer refunds on sale items. You will incur the postage price of sending the garment back, and will pay the appropriate shipping fee if you are exchanging for another Moss Tunstall garment.
All Moss Tunstall products are made using pre-loved and pre-warn clothes. As a result, all garments are expected to have imperfections of varying degrees. We strive to source quality secondhand garments and provide an equally quality products. With this being noted, if you receive are garment of unsatisfactory quality please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a photo and description of fault to be assessed.
